Bachelor-Master-Seminar

The Bachelor-Master-Seminar will be offered as a Blockseminar in one day. Each Blockseminar will contain several presentations. This page will be regulary updated with presentation dates.

Process

  • Step 1 : Registration

    For registration please send an e-mail including the required information (see below) to bms-wwxantippe.cs.uni-saarland.de.

    After registration, you and your adviser will receive a confirmation e-mail including additional information on the seminar (grading etc.).

  • Step 2: Presentation Day

    Bachelor-Seminar
    • 20 minutes presentation of your topic.
    • 10 minutes discussion
    • Language: English (talk)

    Master-Seminar
    • 30 minutes presentation of your topic.
    • 15 minutes discussion
    • Language: English (talk)

    Note: Please check the technical compatibilities (your laptop, the projector etc.) with your advisor before the presentation day.
  • Step 3: Seminar paper

    Please send your seminar paper (English only) 1 week after your presentation.
    The paper (click here to download the Word template) should contain the concise statement of the problem, approach and conclusions of the work you have presented.

    Note: Please only send a PDF version of your paper!

    Bachelor: 4 pages (including references)
    Master: 6 pages (including references)

    You will get a confirmation that your paper was received.
  • Step 4

    After successfully fullfilling all the requirements, you will be able to get the "Schein" (Seminar certificate) from the secretary.
